Karen Russell currently serves as the School Principal at Neenah Joint School District, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Principal for Green Bay Area Public School District from August 2017 to July 2021, and various roles within Appleton Area School District from September 2002 to July 2017, including District Literacy Coach for Grades 3-6, Literacy Coach/Interventionist, and Classroom Teacher. Karen Russell is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Ethical Leadership at Viterbo University, expected to be completed in May 2026, and holds a Master’s Degree in Reading Teacher Education from the same institution, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
