Jared Norris has held various senior leadership roles in customer success, operations, sales, and account management at companies such as Chatmeter, UC Irvine, Medallia, and ACTIVE Network. With a background in business and marketing, Jared has focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through MRR churn reduction, sales operations, and strategic account management. Currently, Jared serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Chatmeter and is a member of the Customer Experience Advisory Board at the University of California, Irvine.
