Steven Lambert is a proficient professional with extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Payroll & HRIS at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since March 2012. Steven also operates as the Owner and Artist at The Chunky Painter, specializing in Canadian landscape oil paintings, since February 2013.
