Ulrik Kirk Vasegaard currently serves as the Head of Global Portfolio Governance at Novonesis, leading innovation strategy and overseeing governance for the Human Health division. Previously, as Head of Health Category Innovation Portfolio Management Office at Novozymes OneHealth, Ulrik developed processes to enhance scalability in the innovation pipeline. Earlier roles included Executive Assistant positions at Novozymes, project management at Novo Nordisk, and service as a First Lieutenant in the Royal Danish Air Force. Ulrik holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biomedicine and has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and project management across various sectors.
