Philip Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Philip started their career as an Economic Statistician at Elliott D. Pollack & Company in 2001. From there, they moved on to Centex Homes in 2005, where they held roles as Manager and later Director of Market Research & Strategy, contributing to the development of best practices in research methodologies and analytics. In 2009, Hansen joined Petco as Director of Research & Customer Analytics, building the company's first customer insights team and introducing advanced analytics tools. Philip also led the evolution of Petco's Pals loyalty program into a customer-centric initiative. Most recently, in 2018, Hansen became the Vice President of Marketing Analytics & Voice of Customer at Cetera Financial Group, establishing a marketing analytics team and operationalizing a data-driven action planning process across all lines of business.
Philip Hansen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Arizona State University in 2002.
