Maurice LaFavers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction materials industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Florida at CEMEX since February 2017, Maurice holds full P&L responsibility for 16 locations and 145 employees, managing the production and delivery of over 3,200 yards of concrete and 21,000 blocks daily. Prior roles include Vice President/General Manager at Cemex USA, Director of Operations overseeing over 30 locations in Central Florida, General Manager during the post-acquisition integration of CEMEX and Rinker Materials, and District Operations Manager at Rinker Materials. Maurice LaFavers earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
