Jessica Shaner currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at USG, where responsibilities include supporting HR operations for three manufacturing facilities in East Chicago, IN, Walworth, WI, and Delavan, WI. Jessica has a strong background in campus recruitment, having previously managed USG's Project Engineer and Project Engineer Co-Op program and held positions at Tyson Foods, The Kraft Heinz Company, Northwestern Mutual, and Hormel Foods. Jessica began a professional career with roles in sales and recruiting, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University.
