Michelle Bucek is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience managing enterprise clients and driving key metrics. Currently serving as the Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Fable, Michelle focuses on enhancing accessibility in various domains. As Community Coordinator for Adopt Korean Rescue, Michelle contributes to the welfare of homeless dogs in South Korea. Prior to these roles, Michelle held various positions at Coconut Software, Roadmunk, Q4, and JUST EAT, where responsibilities included coaching teams, managing customer portfolios, and developing customer success strategies.
