Charles Phaneuf serves as the Channel Director for the Northeast at CallTower, a leader in cloud-based Unified Communications solutions since February 2020, following a role as Channel Manager in the same region. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Development Representative at Progress from August 2018 to February 2020 and as a Field Sales and Marketing Representative at Milwaukee Tool from June 2017 to August 2018. Charles Phaneuf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
