Ashley DeSimone has extensive experience in customer training and sales roles, currently serving as a Customer Training specialist at Northland Communications Company since August 2018. Responsibilities include conducting remote webinars, training end users on the Hosted Business Unlimited Platform, and providing in-person support during installations. Additionally, Ashley has played a significant role in establishing an Inside Sales department at Northland. Previously, Ashley trained dogs and managed social media marketing at Alpha Obedience since 2016, demonstrating expertise in animal behavior and client relations. Prior experience includes a Retail Sales Specialist position at Time Warner Cable from January 2013 to August 2018. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from SUNY Oneonta.
