Michael Brooks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer success, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Buildertrend since October 2021, Michael has also held roles as a Senior Customer Success Coach and Onboarding Specialist within the company. Prior to Buildertrend, Michael worked at Pacha Soap Co. in business development for over four years, and held the position of Tri-City Manager at GNC from 2015 to 2017. Michael's early career includes management and coaching roles at YMCA - Hastings and a sales position at Mike Spady Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge. Michael's educational foundation was established at Hastings College from August 2007 to 2010.
