Tye Huntley is a seasoned creative professional with diverse experience in leadership and talent development. Currently serving as Creative Director and Music Supervisor at SMITH YOUNG TALENT since December 2020, Tye also fulfills the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Branding Strategist, and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Smart Cadence Media LLC, which has been operational since February 2019. In April 2022, Tye took on the position of Director of Client Services at the Law Firm of Lawson McKinley, focusing on onboarding new entertainment and entrepreneur clients. Earlier career experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader of Logistics at Target from June 2001 to December 2008, where Tye supervised a large team and focused on their training and development. Tye’s educational background includes academic studies in English Language and Literature at Collinwood High School.
