Priya Elango possesses extensive experience in customer success and technical roles, currently serving as a Customer Success professional at Alternative Payments since September 2024. Prior to this, Priya held the position of Manager, Customer Success at PostGrid from June 2023 to September 2024 and at Animaker Inc. from February 2021 to June 2023. In addition to customer success roles, Priya worked as a Senior Product Consultant at Freshworks from May 2018 to February 2021 and gained technical experience as a Cloud Engineer - Networking at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from June 2015 to September 2016. Early career development included a Network Analyst Intern position at Virtela Technology Services Incorporated in 2014. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Telecommunications & Networking from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
