Mike Duncan MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike is currently employed as the Director of People & OD at BrisDoc Healthcare Services since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People at the same company from April 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining BrisDoc Healthcare Services, Mike worked as the Head of HR at Alliance Homes Group from February 2019 to March 2022. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Change Management Consultant at Sears plc from December 1991 to December 1995, and as a Retail Manager at Sears: Sport & Leisure, BSC from August 1982 to December 1991.

Mike Duncan MCIPD completed their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1982 at Liverpool Polytechnic/John Moores University. Mike obtained a 2:1 Honours degree in Social Studies with a focus on International Politics.
