Marie "Toni" Kinsel has over 45 years of experience in human resources, beginning with a 25-year tenure at Gallup McKinley County School District as Personnel Assistant II, where responsibilities included payroll, policy compliance, and collaboration with auditors and administrators. Since July 1999, Marie Kinsel has served as Human Resources Coordinator at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services, progressing from HR Specialist and undertaking various tasks such as employee data management, recruitment, and compliance with I-9 documentation. Education was completed at the University of New Mexico-Gallup.
