Efrat Ben Amram Hanin has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Efrat is currently the VP of HR at Hanita Lenses since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR manager at Plasel Plastic Ltd from December 2011 to September 2021. Efrat also served as a Human Resources Specialist at U.S.R. Electronic Systems from December 2004 to November 2011 and as a Recruitment Specialist at Tigbur LTD from October 2001 to September 2003.

Efrat Ben Amram Hanin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Haifa from 1999 to 2002. Efrat later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership at the same university from 2002 to 2004.
