Janice Lance is an experienced Food Safety Manager with a significant tenure at Brewster Cheese Co. since August 2005. Prior to this role, Janice worked in the field of microbiology at Aultman Hospital from 1983 to 2005. Janice holds a Master of Science in Microbiology from Miami University, obtained between 1980 and 1983, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Malone University, earned from 1976 to 1980.
