Pam West has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Pam started their career as the Director of Compensation at Maison Blanche in 1990. Pam then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources and Compensation at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in 1992. In 1995, they joined the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Friedman's, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Pam then joined Ryan, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources Administration from 2008 to 2009. Pam later worked at Concentra as the Senior Director of Human Resources Administration from 2009 to 2011. Pam then took on the role of Vice President of Total Rewards at Aflac from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their current role, Pam worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Leader of Total Rewards and HR Systems at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Pam holds an MBA degree and has certifications in Compensation Professional (CCP), Benefits Professional (CBP), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Pam West, MBA, CCP, CBP, AIF, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from East Tennessee State University between the years 1985 and 1990. Pam further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the same institution. Pam then went on to earn the designation of AIF (Investment Fiduciary) from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Additionally, they obtained the PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) from the Society for Human Resources Management. Pam also underwent education and training in the field of Compensation through World at Work, obtaining the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation, and in Benefits, earning the CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) designation from the same organization. It is worth mentioning that Pam may have attended Tampa Prep, however, no specific details regarding their degree or field of study were provided.
