Skye Robertson currently serves as the Interim Head of Operations at the Institute for Human Rights and Business, focusing on operational support to advance human rights in business. With extensive experience in people and culture consultancy, Skye has held senior roles at Unleashed, including working with various organizations like tactical. and Kitt as a Senior People + Culture Consultant. In earlier positions at Escape the City, Skye contributed as COO and led the Escape School, promoting inclusive hiring and supporting career changers. Skye has also been an advisor for the Entrepreneurs Network and delivered workshops at General Assembly. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Philosophy and Public Policy from The London School of Economics and two Bachelor's degrees from UCL and The American University of Paris.
