Don Chappell has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, and business development. Don is currently a Partner at Quinault Capital LLC, where they focus on sourcing deal opportunities, connecting companies, and working with founders, management teams, and investors on growth opportunities. Prior to this, Don was the Founder of Veritas Market Research Lab, where they conducted qualitative market research and helped develop strategies, programs, and business development activities. Don also served as the Director of Business Development at Blue Sky Capital Strategies, supporting Treasurers and CFOs in optimizing leasing for capital equipment expenditures. Don was also a Founding Partner at MC2 Advisory Group, providing strategic business advisory services to start-up and middle-market companies. Don served as the Vice President at Time Wise Management Systems and Pan Atlantic Consultants, and also held managerial roles at Bath Iron Works and R.A. Stearn, Inc.

Don Chappell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Beloit College from 1974 to 1978. Don then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1978 to 1979. In 1990, Don enrolled in Northeastern University's Executive Program and earned an MBA with a focus on High Technology Operations, graduating in 1992. Don continued their professional development by attending Stanford University from 2012 to 2016, where they participated in ongoing professional development courses in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Marketing. Don has also obtained certifications outside of their formal education, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from PMG, Inc. in June 2008 and a Lean Black Belt from the Time Wise Institute in June 2004.
