Steve Njinwoua has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steave started their career as an Engineer Intern at Faculté Polytechnique de Mons in 2011. Steave then pursued a Master's degree at McGill University, where they completed a thesis from February 2014 to July 2015.

After that, Steve joined Thales as a Software Engineer, where they developed a robust traffic simulator using C# and Big Data Apache Cassandra from October 2016 to February 2018. Steave also worked as a Software Engineer at Safetify, managing the product development and project management on a global scale from September 2015 to June 2018.

Steave then transitioned to the role of Product Manager from July 2018 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager since November 2020.

In 2018, Steve also founded LeaseTransfer, a company focused on empowering flexibility in contracts by helping lessees exit their leasing agreements efficiently.

Prior to all these experiences, Steve worked as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Eonix SA from January 2015 to May 2020, providing consulting services in software engineering.
