Maaz Arshad has a strong background in data science and business intelligence. Maaz began their career in 2007 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at NetSol Technologies Inc. Maaz then worked as a Senior Customer Analytics & Campaign Management Analyst at Mobilink, where they provided analysis and recommendations for retention initiatives. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Graduate Assistant at Oklahoma State University, focusing on data mining and regression modeling. After completing their degree, they joined Neo Prism Solutions LLC as a Business Intelligence Consultant, working on resource demand estimation and customer service effectiveness for Target Corporation. Maaz then worked at Market6 as a Business Intelligence Developer, taking ownership of BI development and migration tasks. At Wipro, they served as a Tech Lead & Certified Data Analyst for their client VISA Inc, working on logical schema remap and tracking BI initiatives. Maaz later joined Wings Financial Credit Union as a Business System Analysis Data Analytics, where they worked on advanced analytics applications and data solutions using predictive modeling. Currently, they are the Data Science Solution Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, responsible for leading, managing, and delivering data science solutions.

Maaz Arshad's education history is as follows:

Maaz Arshad pursued a Professional Education in Data Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to this, in 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Data Mining from Oklahoma State University. From 2012 to 2013, they completed a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Oklahoma State University.

In 2011, they pursued an MBA (Partial) in Executive studies at Government College University (GCU), Lahore. Maaz completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from the Virtual University of Pakistan from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Virtual University of Pakistan from 2007 to 2008. Before this, they completed their Intermediate in Computer Sciences from Jinnah Islamia College of Commerce and Information Technology from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they completed their Matriculation (Science) from Junior Officers' High School in 2000.

In terms of additional certifications, Maaz Arshad obtained the SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst: Regression and Modeling certification from SAS in December 2013.
