Dottie Guy has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the People Operations & Growth leader at Bloom Works Public Benefit LLC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dottie worked as a Program Manager at Dropbox where responsibilities included managing engineering and product onboarding for over 2,000 employees, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate. Additional experience includes positions as Outreach Program Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and roles in administrative support across various organizations, including Northrop Grumman Corporation and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Dottie's background also encompasses military service as a Military Police officer, focusing on security and the humane treatment of detainees.
