Mihkel Kõrgmaa has a long history of work experience in various roles. Mihkel began their career in 1994 as CEO/Owner and Business Owner at Merkest OÜ. In 1997, they became CEO/Owner at Simar OÜ. From 2000 to 2018, they served as CEO at Rahapaigutamise OÜ, Business Owner at Sigma Transport OÜ, and Chief Operating Officer at Bisly - Building Intelligence Solutions. Most recently, in 2018, they became COO at Kiuto.

Mihkel Kõrgmaa is currently studying Business Administration and Management, General at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
