Sarah Dirks serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and National Accounts at Pinnacle Quality Insight, a role held since August 2015, where responsibility includes overseeing satisfaction measurement tools for senior care providers. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Business Development Manager at Align, LLC from October 2013 to August 2015, and at My InnerView division (National Research Company) from November 2009 to July 2011, focusing on customer and employee satisfaction in the senior care sector. Earlier, Sarah held the position of HR Specialist at P&H Mining Equipment from May 2008 to February 2009. Sarah Dirks earned a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2004 and 2008.
