Tom Cross is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at BlackHawk Industrial since November 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of IT Manager at Mars Supply from May 2018 to November 2022 and served as Systems Manager at BlackHawk Industrial from March 2012 to May 2018, where Tom led over fourteen successful ERP conversions. Tom's career commenced as IS Manager at Kendeco Tool Crib, overseeing IT systems for a $35 million industrial supply company and developing automated ordering systems. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. Cloud State University, earned between 1987 and 1993.
