Vincena (Vinnie) Hayward currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Corporate IT and Director of Service Delivery at Transport for NSW since September 2021. Vinnie has a diverse background in service management and delivery, having held positions such as Service Management Director and Customer Delivery Director at Optus, where responsibilities included strategic vision and service implementation. Prior to that, Vinnie was with Hewlett-Packard for nearly a decade, focusing on the Private Sector as an Industry Delivery Executive, and managing one of Australia's largest services contracts as the Account Delivery Executive for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Vinnie's earlier experience includes roles at EDS Australia, overseeing application delivery management and service integration for various telecommunications services.
