Sathyaveer Karmarkar has a strong background in software engineering and teaching. Sathyaveer is currently working as a Software Engineer at Bectran, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology from January 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they conducted research and supported professors and students with various projects. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant, mentoring and guiding students in the Mobile Application Development course.

Before joining the Illinois Institute of Technology, Sathyaveer worked as a Web Application Developer at Balodana | Made-to-Measure Fashion Marketplace from June 2020 to August 2020. In this position, they developed Restful API using Django, automated SQL stored procedures, and utilized AWS services for web application deployment and monitoring.

Prior to that, they held a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at the Illinois Institute of Technology from January 2020 to June 2020. During this time, they mentored and guided students in the Mobile Application Development course, graded assignments, and provided instruction in Android and Java concepts.

Sathyaveer Karmarkar received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Sathyaveer attended the institution from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering at the University of Mumbai. Sathyaveer studied there from 2015 to 2019.

Sathyaveer Karmarkar pursued their higher secondary education at Dnyansadhana College of Arts Science and Commerce near Mental Hospital Service Road Thane from 2013 to 2015. Sathyaveer obtained the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with a focus on Science.

Lastly, they completed their secondary education at Sau A.K.Joshi English Medium School from 2003 to 2013. Sathyaveer obtained the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) during this period.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in MTA: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2018.
