Jack Wearden has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jack is currently working at MongoDB as a Lead Software Engineer since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineer at MongoDB from May 2021 to July 2023. Before joining MongoDB, Jack worked as a Software Engineer at mLab from September 2016 to October 2018. Jack also gained valuable experience as a Cohort Member at Silicon Valley Internship Programme from September 2016 to August 2017. Furthermore, Jack contributed to DueCourse as a Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in refactoring the team's technology stack and transitioning the company's technical architecture.
