Jill Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 2004, they began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, where they worked until 2007. In 2006, they also worked as a Tutor at Rhode Island College for a short period of time. From 2008 to 2017, Jill worked at Commonwealth Sciences, Inc., first as a Scientific Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager/Sr. Scientific Recruiter/Trainer. In 2017, they transitioned to Agios Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles in Talent Acquisition, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, and eventually Director. Jill'smost recent position is with Beam Therapeutics, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Jill Donovan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Rhode Island College in 2007.
