LaChelle Flowers, PHR has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. LaChelle currently holds the title of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Emergent BioSolutions since April 2021. Prior to this, LaChelle worked at Sparrow Health System for over 5 years, where LaChelle held various HR positions. LaChelle also has experience as a Legislative Assistant at the Michigan House of Representatives. LaChelle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Pre-Law) from Michigan State University.
