Barbara Leven, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at BioLabs, a position held since November 2020. With extensive experience in recruitment and education, Barbara previously worked as an Instructor/Adjunct Faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where course curriculum development led to improved co-op placement outcomes. Barbara's international experience includes consulting for the International Labour Organization and managing workforce development projects in Afghanistan.
