Meghan has been instrumental in delivering significant quarterly sales, including a pivotal $2 billion quarter during the Win at Christmas initiative, and has a strong background in strategic merchandising and philanthropy. Previous roles at Bath & Body Works include Director of Merchandising, Senior Merchant, and Merchant, with a noteworthy record of developing growth strategies and managing successful product lines. Meghan's earlier experience includes positions at Abercrombie & Fitch and a variety of internships, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizations from Miami University.
