Rushdy Abdalla currently serves as a Contact Center Supervisor and Social Media Supervisor at Bank of Khartoum since February 2021. Prior to this role, Rushdy Abdalla established a social media project for the contact center from June 2020 to February 2021 and held positions as a Front Office Team Leader and Contact Center Assistant at Bank of Khartoum between January 2017 and June 2020. Rushdy Abdalla earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Sciences from Omdurman Ahlia University, graduating in 2011.
