Mike Earle has a diverse range of work experience primarily focused on facilities management and maintenance. Mike began their career in 2000 at Calpine/Rumford Power, where they worked as a Predictive Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor until 2005. Mike then moved to General Electric/Rumford Power, where they served as a Maintenance Manager and EHS Manager from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they joined Backyard Farms in 2007 and held the positions of Maintenance Manager/Liquid Natural Gas Operations Manager until 2012, when they were promoted to Director of Facilities.
Mike Earle earned a Diploma in College A path from Skowhegan Area High School in 1978. Mike then pursued an Associates degree in Building Construction Technology from Eastern Maine Vocational from 1978 to 1980. Following this, they attended Calhoon Marine Engineering School from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Diploma in Marine Engineering. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, Mike Earle studied at Thomas Edison State University and earned a BS/MET degree in Marine Engineering Technology.
