John Baugus is an experienced district manager at Pancheros Mexican Grill since May 2015. Prior to this role, John served as the owner of Blakes Bar & Grill from May 2011 to May 2015 and held the position of general manager at The Fainting Goat and The Screaming Eagle American Bar & Grill between May 2010 and May 2011 and May 2006 to May 2010, respectively. John holds a degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
