Jim Quinnan has a diverse work experience spanning over three different companies. Jim started their career in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Officer from May 1990 to April 1995. Jim then joined Eaton in April 1995 as a Final Test Supervisor, where they managed a 24-person engineering integration and test organization in the semiconductor capital equipment industry. During their time at Eaton, they significantly contributed to productivity gains and implemented Continuous Improvement Methods within the department. In June 1998, Jim joined Axcelis Technologies as a Product Marketing Eng/Mgr. In this role, they worked closely with customers and sales on capital equipment specification, configuration, and pricing. Jim provided support to customers in all aspects, including purchases, support, and upgrades. Finally, they transitioned to the role of Principal Quality Engineer at Axcelis Technologies in March 2003, where they currently work.
