Kashif Siddique started their work experience in 2003 as an Internal Sales Engineer at CH Rewinds Ltd, where they provided customer support, quoted prices, and offered technical assistance on various products. Kashif later became the Internal Sales Manager in 2006 until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as the Operations Manager at RJW Engineering LTD, overseeing a team of 26 employees and handling contract negotiation. In 2015, they joined TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company as a Sales Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Product Engineer in 2017. Currently, they are a Product Engineer LV motors Europe at Motovario Limited since 2018.

Kashif Siddique started their education at Zaheer Junior from 1987 to 1991. Kashif then attended Islamia High School from 1991 to 1993. In 1995, they went to Bolton College and obtained their GCSE's. From 1998 to 2000, Kashif studied at Stockport College and earned an HND in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, they attended The University of Salford from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Beng Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Kashif received the QAN/QAR certification from CML Ex Certification Management Limited in May 2017.
