Ryan Leask currently serves as Vice President of Data Science at Atlassian, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Ryan worked at Meta from July 2015 to January 2024 as Senior Director of Ads Data Engineering, leading Data Engineering for Ads and establishing the Marketplace Data Engineering team. Prior roles include Vice President of Product Management at PROS, where Ryan oversaw multiple product lines in Pricing and Sales Effectiveness, and at SignalDemand, where Ryan led Product Management for a VC-backed B2B SaaS startup until its acquisition by PROS. Ryan's extensive experience at SAP spanned several roles, including VP of Product Management, where Ryan advanced technology strategy in Data & Analytics and led the flagship product in Enterprise Performance Management. Ryan's career began as an independent consultant and manager for various organizations, with foundational education comprising a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and an MBA from California State University, Stanislaus.
