Sherzod Rizaev has extensive work experience in commercial operations and programmatic advertising. Sherzod currently works as the COO at Assertive Yield B.V. In their previous roles, they served as the Director of Commercial Operations at LADbible Group and held multiple positions at Minute Media, including SVP of Commercial Operations and Global Head of Commercial Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Programmatic at Sports New Media and as a Programmatic Trading Specialist at N&S Plus. Sherzod also had experience in media sales at Zoopla Property Group Ltd, Trinity Mirror Group PLC, TNT Magazine, The Spectator, and London First.

Sherzod Rizaev obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business from London Metropolitan University in 2006. Sherzod then pursued a Master of Science in Business Economics and Finance from the same institution between 2011 and 2013. In 2021, Sherzod enrolled in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, to further their knowledge in Business and Leadership.
