Shea Mercado has been working in the digital marketing space since 2004. Shea began their career at Ideal Exposure as a Business Development Director in 2004. In 2006, they moved to RR Media Inc. as a V.P., Business Development. In 2014, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Back Row Advertising. In 2015, they were the Founding CEO of Oceantide Ads. In 2018, they were a Head of Partnerships - Consultant at THROTL HAUS and a Brand Partnerships, Email Marketing Specialist - Consultant at Ad Exchange Group. Most recently, they have been a Senior Business Development Manager at Direct Agents since 2019. Direct Agents is a leading omni-channel digital marketing agency that offers marketers customized data-driven solutions to acquire new customers and expand audiences.

Shea Mercado received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Westmont College in 2002, having started their studies in 1998.
