Alberto P. has extensive experience in customer care and language education, currently serving as a Customer Care Team Lead at ASOS.com since October 2017, where responsibilities include coaching and mentoring advisors while presenting performance results. Prior to ASOS.com, Alberto worked as a Knowledge Author at Conduent, developing troubleshooting guides and managing HTML publishing. Alberto holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Universidad de Sevilla and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution, complemented by studies as an Erasmus student at the University of York.
