Leo Chairez has extensive experience in quality management within the medical devices sector, currently serving as Quality Manager at ASO Worldwide since June 2014. Noteworthy achievements include establishing an annual revalidation program for sterilization chambers, certifying the Juarez facility and distribution center under ISO 13485:2016 without prior assessment, and achieving a 90% score from external auditors through internal auditor development and an internal audit program. Prior to ASO Worldwide, Leo held positions at 3M where significant customer complaint reductions and process improvements were achieved through quality circle tools and Six Sigma projects. Additional experience includes a supervisory role in quality at Contec and document control responsibilities at HARMAN International. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on quality from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, complemented by language training from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
