Borja Lomba is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director for DACH and Nordics Health at Reckitt, Borja oversees a region encompassing 120 million people and more than 500 employees, with a focus on Germany, the world's third-largest economy. Previously, Borja held roles as General Manager for Reckitt Health Turkey and Global Category Director for New Platforms and GI, achieving significant growth and market share improvements. Borja also contributed to McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal, specializing in strategy within the consumer goods, consumer health, and tech sectors across multiple countries. An entrepreneurial background includes co-founding a tech start-up, which won a business plan competition.
