Julie New has extensive experience in education and human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Arrow Academy Charter School since August 2012. Prior to this role, Julie New worked at The Flippen Group in customer service since July 1999 and spent ten years teaching various grades and subjects at Victoria Independent School District from August 1989 to July 1999. Additionally, Julie New taught 1st grade at Beeville Independent School District from August 1986 to July 1989. Julie New holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, completed between 1983 and 1986.
