Curt Comber has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Curt is currently working as Principal Recruiter at TetraScience, a company that provides R&D data solutions for life sciences. Prior to this, they founded Avante Search, a firm specializing in building customer-facing teams for technology companies. Curt has also worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Amazon Web Services, a Lead Recruiter at McAfee, and a Senior Recruiter at NetSuite. Additionally, they have held positions at DayNine Consulting, Avanade, McGladrey, Keane, and BzzAgent, where they gained experience in various aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Curt Comber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Northeastern University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Prompt Engineering: How to Talk to the AIs from LinkedIn in 2023, Certified LinkedIn Recruiter Expert from LinkedIn in 2011, and Certified in AIRS training from AIRS powered by ADP in 2010.
