Osama Marouf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial advisory, auditing, and corporate governance. Currently serving as an audit committee member at Arab Medical Center since June 2023, and as vice chairman of the board at Istiklal Hospital from April 2022, Osama has been a partner at Nobani & Marouf since January 2020, and operates as a self-employed business financial advisor specializing in IFRS, IPSAS, and audit expertise. With a significant tenure at PwC in various managerial roles, including director of assurance services in Jordan, Osama has a strong background in managing audit engagements and providing business consulting. Osama holds an IPSAS certificate from ACCA and advanced degrees in International Banking and Accounting from Heriot-Watt University, and Business Administration and Accounting from Jordan University.
