Floaria Ladja currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement at MercyFirst, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Floaria held multiple leadership positions at SCO Family of Services from 2000 to August 2017, including Director of Quality Improvement in Early Childhood Education, Director of Quality Improvement, and Director of Preventive Services. Floaria Ladja holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and two Master's degrees in Social Work from New York University.
