Robert Serino is a seasoned professional in program and portfolio management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Program and Portfolio Manager at ARA since January 2018, Serino previously held the position of Technical Operations Manager at Science and Engineering Services, LLC from June 2002 to December 2017. Prior to this, Serino dedicated twenty years as a Regular Army Officer in the US Army. Academically, Serino earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Loyola University New Orleans.
