Jessica McNaughton, MBA, ICD.D, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of memoryKPR since June 2019 and holds board member positions with Regina Airport Authority and Tourism Saskatchewan. With a background in human resources and strategic leadership, Jessica has previously been an EVP and Chief People Officer at Concentra Bank and has held senior roles in various organizations, including Director of Customer Relations at Information Services Corporation and Integration Manager at Shell. Jessica's educational achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Regina and participation in leadership programs such as Women's Executive Network and Leadership Calgary. Recognized as one of Calgary's Top 40 Under 40 in 2007, Jessica is noted for expertise in merger and acquisition leadership, innovative program management, and strategic development.
